Andy Mortenson, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President
Andy Mortenson co-founded CSI in 2007. Mr. Mortenson has over 30 years’ experience in the advanced technologies fields and has gained extensive knowledge through his work with the United States Navy, Hughes Aircraft and Bell Atlantic Mobile.
Andy opened a record store in New York after graduating from High School and sold the business to join the Navy. CSI is the third privately held business that he has successfully founded or co-founded. He has held senior level management positions for the last 25 years ranging from Director to President.
He is a proud United States Naval veteran that served his country on board the aircraft carriers USS Nimitz and the USS Midway in Japan.
Rob Davis, Director of Engineering
Rob has over 20 years of telecommunication experience. He has core network and RAN network experience. His experience includes telco planning, wireless backhaul, site dev, site ops, RF engineering, and business case development. He has worked with 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies. These technologies include; iDEN, TDMA, CDMA, EVDO, WiFi, WiMAX, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, and LTE. He has worked as a technician, an engineer, and as a technology development innovator. Rob has been focused specifically on distributed RF networks for more than 15 years. Rob has designed and installed over 200 million square feet of in-building coverage and over 200 sq miles of outdoor DAS. He has worked for Wireless Operators, Integrators, and OEMs. Rob has worked with solutions that include various RF sources and distribution methods to meet the capacity and coverage objectives in our rapidly changing environment. Rob is certified on the following tools and equipment; iBWave, Anritsu, Corning Mobile Access, Commscope, TE, Solid Technologies, and is Alcatel Lucent Silver Certified in UMTS and Bronze certified in LTE.
Joshua Cotton, Construction Manager
Josh came to CSI in June of 2015, with over 6 years of extensive technical knowledge and experience from the tower side of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Cotton has held positions starting from tower technician, construction foreman, troubleshooting technician to construction manager. He holds certifications ranging from OSHA10, Anritsu Site Master, Dragonwave, Ceragon, E-Band Communications, Bridgewave Product Information, Bridgewave System Installer, PPC Wireless Connectors, tower and rescue training and many more. Josh continues to advance his personal education by perusing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Phoenix University Online.
Prior to his employment with CSI, Joshua honorably served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps with the 1st Battalion 9th Marines 2nd Marine Division out of Camp Lejeune, NC. From 2006-2010, starting out as a rifleman, Josh soon rose to the billet of a squad leader as an E3 prior to his deployment to Iraq in 2007. This is where Josh led a 13 man team through countless combat operation in the Al’Anbar Province, and provided humanitarian relief for those in need after the devastating earthquake that leveled Haiti in 2010.

Noelle Dormio, Controller
Noelle serves as Controller to Connectivity Solutions Inc. Ms. Dormio has over 15 years’ experience providing financial advice to numerous companies and non-profit organizations. She started with CSI in July of 2010 bringing processes to help grow revenues, increase office efficiencies and decrease burdens. Ms. Dormio has experience with financial functions using QuickBooks, financial reports, payroll, HR, analysis, performing in-depth audits, and projections.
Tony Neal, Supply Chain Manager
Tony joined our team with over 15 years of people and product management. He holds a wealth of knowledge in the hardware and tool industry. Tony has had hundreds of hours in formal management and product training as well as business and productivity training. Throughout his career he has grown every business unit he has been involved in and is always ready for the next challenge.
Lynn Ahmad, Senior Construction Manger
Lynn entered the construction industry in 2004 starting in the field and quickly moved into construction management roles. Her wide-ranging experience includes managing projects, estimating costs for materials and labor, performing inspections, site surveys and rendering designs for commercial and residential tenant construction projects and renovations. Her other responsibilities include supervising superintendents and subcontractors, working with vendors, facilities staff and engineers.
